Flex City One-Month Chat Ban Appeal for Hawk Account

I have been an active Flex City player on my iPhone 13 running iOS for a long time. When I checked my account early this morning, I saw that I had received a one-month chat ban. I believe the reason for the ban may be that another player I had conflicts with in the game and repeatedly defeated reported me out of spite.

The player in question was a foreign player, and we only had conflicts in the game. I did not use profanity, insults, or offensive language toward them. I am not normally someone who swears in the game either, and I rarely use expressions that would not be considered particularly offensive. Despite this, I received a ban while the other player sent me a friend request after the conflict, which shows how contradictory the situation is.

I submitted a support request through the game to appeal the ban, but my issue has not been resolved so far. As a player who has invested time in the game, plays regularly, and tries to follow the community rules, I believe I have been unfairly penalized.

I request that the Flex City team review the one-month chat ban placed on my account, Hawk, with ID #274EDCFF982B, and thoroughly check the in-game records and chat logs before making a decision. I ask that the ban be removed. If it cannot be removed completely, I at least request that the duration be reduced, as this situation is making me lose interest in the game and being subjected to what I believe is an unfair penalty is seriously discouraging.
