Flex City Account Banned Without Explanation

My Flex City mobile account was banned on 19 September without any reason being shown to me, and it remains banned until today. I did not commit any irregularities or violations, and in the game there is only a generic warning message, without explaining what supposedly happened. My account ID is #926C575A20B6. I tried to contact Flex City support about this ban, but I did not receive any response. I kindly request that my Flex City account be reviewed and immediately unbanned, or that a clear justification be given with proof of any alleged violation, so that I can use and, if necessary, defend my account properly.
