Flex City Player Reported For Insults And Abusive In-Game Chat

I am a player of the mobile game Flex City and I want to report a player for insulting behaviour in the in‑game chat. This person is not someone I know; it was a random player I matched with in the game. During a match, this player used bad language and insults toward me in the chat. The messages contained offensive words that were clearly against respectful communication and made my gaming experience very uncomfortable. I have several screenshots that show the chat and the messages between the player and me as evidence. I request that this player be investigated and that a permanent ban be applied to their account if the insults seen in the screenshots are confirmed. I would like you to take the necessary action so that players who behave this way receive a clear sanction and similar incidents are prevented in the future.
