Flex City RP 30-Day Chat Ban Issued Without a Clear Reason

On July 28, 2026, at 12:12 AM, a 30-day messaging/chat ban was placed on my account with ID #66FA36F1189A on the Flex City RP platform, even though I had not insulted anyone or engaged in any inappropriate or negative behavior. The ban is scheduled to remain in effect until August 27, 2026, at 12:12 AM. I believe receiving such a lengthy chat ban while playing the game in accordance with the rules is unfair.

I request that the reasons for this 30-day messaging ban be clearly and explicitly explained to me and, if the ban was issued unfairly, that it be removed as soon as possible. I would like this issue to be resolved and my account's chat functionality restored.
