Free Fire Max Account Banned Without Reason

My Free Fire Max account was recently banned without any explanation, and I have no information about the reason. I did not receive any warning or clear message about what violation I supposedly committed. I only realized the ban after playing ranked matches, and afterwards I could not access my account. I have not used any cheats, third-party software or engaged in any unfair activity. I have also not been involved in any behaviour that would violate the game rules to my knowledge. I have not yet been able to reach support and have not received any detailed information from the system about the cause of this ban. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly about the reason for the ban, and that my account be reactivated if this ban was a mistake. I want to continue playing the game fairly and I expect this unjust situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
