Fixbet Ignored My Withdrawal Request and Logged Me Out of Live Support

I have been a regular player and depositor on the Fixbet site for a long time. On October 15, I submitted a withdrawal request for $1,136 via bank transfer. However, despite the time that has passed, the money has not been deposited into my bank account, and when I checked my bank statements, it was clear that no such transfer had been made.
Even though my withdrawal request never actually went through on the site, the money is simply missing — and this is not the first time it has happened. In a previous withdrawal request, my funds were also never sent. Facing the same problem a second time clearly shows that Fixbet is not a reliable platform and causes serious issues for users trying to withdraw their own money.
I reached out to customer support via live chat to explain the situation, but instead of helping, the representative closed the chat and logged me out with no explanation. No information, no solution — I was completely ignored. The attitude made me feel as if asking for my own money somehow made me suspicious or naïve.
I request that Fixbet immediately and fully pay both the amount from my first unresolved withdrawal request and the $1,136 I requested on October 15. I also ask that this issue be investigated urgently, that the behavior of the support representative who closed the chat without any justification be reviewed, and that steps be taken to prevent other users from experiencing the same problem.
