On October 31, 2025, I purchased a Fissler Vitaquick pressure cooker on N11. During my very first use, I experienced a steam leakage problem. After receiving the product, I tested it and noticed that it was releasing steam forcefully. I immediately contacted both the authorized service and the seller. I sent the product back to the seller, but they refused my return request, claiming that there was no problem with the item. However, the product was clearly defective from the first use and was still under warranty.
Additionally, the so-called service representative I was directed to does not have a fixed address and can only be reached via mobile phone. This made it impossible to follow a proper service process.
I am requesting a full refund. I would like to note that the entire process took place in Istanbul, my invoice number is sna202500000****, and the product is still under warranty.
