Frustrating Fissler Pressure Cooker Seal Issues

I'm having an issue with my Fissler pressure cooker - the second line on the lid's seal doesn't come out. It hasn't even been a year, and the seal has already broken. The first time it happened, they made me pay for replacing the seal because they said it was my fault. So, the same problem happened again, and now they want to charge for it again. This is so ridiculous! A seal should not break like this, especially not two times in just six months. I didn't do anything wrong when using it. The lines just won't come out. I really think this issue should be fixed for free under the warranty.
Progress
They replaced the valve gasket for the second time only for a fee.

I was experiencing steam coming from the Fissler pressure cooker lid within just one year of purchase. They said the valve gasket was torn, and I had to pay to replace it. After four months, the same issue occurred again, and they mentioned that the valve gasket was torn once more. I had to pay again, so I ended up spending 1000 TL on valve gaskets. I am not satisfied at all with Fissler pressure cookers.
