Fissler Pressure Cooker Rubber Replacement Is Not Covered by the Warranty

I've been using a Fissler pressure cooker for a year now, and they won't even replace the rubber seal under warranty. Considering that I don't use the pressure cooker every day, and after each use, I hand wash the inner seal (never putting any part in the machine), the lid doesn't fit properly anymore. I sent it to the service center, and they told me the user should replace the seal every year. They're asking for 110 tl for a new seal. People buy pressure cookers that cost around 2,000 tl, hoping they'll last a lifetime, but now we're supposed to pay 110 tl for a seal every year? You can get other brands for much cheaper, and their seals don't wear out. Does the two-year warranty even mean anything if they won't even replace the seal now while it's still under warranty? I'm extremely disappointed; even their service calls are amateurish.

Dear Ms. Özlem A., Your Fissler pot, which you purchased 1.5 years ago on 23/03/2022 and brought in for service on 07/09/2023, has been inspected, and it has been determined that the lid gasket has reached the end of its useful life. Lid gaskets are designed for 400 uses and need to be replaced every 1 or 2 years depending on usage frequency. It is stated in the user manual that they are not covered under warranty. Missing parts, physical damages, and gasket components are not covered under warranty. The warranty conditions are detailed in the user manual. Fissler spare parts are imported from Germany, and the prices are subject to increase based on the Euro exchange rate and taxes.
