Fisher-Price My First Car Walker Horn Stopped Working After Two Weeks

I received the Fisher-Price My First Car Walker (center horn model) as a gift approximately one and a half months ago. The product worked properly at first, but the horn stopped functioning after only 2–3 weeks of use. It has now been completely nonfunctional for the past two weeks. Since the product was a gift, I do not know where it was purchased, and I do not have the receipt or purchase information.

I expected to be able to use this product without any problems for a reasonable period of time, so it was very disappointing that it failed so quickly. I request that the product be inspected, that the horn be repaired, and that I receive the necessary support so I can continue using it without any further issues.
