Expired Finish Quantum Max Detergent Causes Foul Odor and Ineffective Cleaning

Last week, I bought a Finish Quantum Max detergent from the checkout counter of a chain supermarket. I have a feeling that there might be something wrong with this product. Even after running the dishwasher multiple times, my dishes still come out dirty and have a foul smell.
