Finish Lemon All-in-One Gel Turns Glassware Yellow

I recently bought Finish Lemon Scented All-in-One Gel and followed the suggested usage instructions for my dishwasher. Unfortunately, the outcome was not at all what I had hoped for. The glasses and spoons in the attached photos have acquired a rather unappealing yellowish hue.

I'm contacting you in the hopes of resolving this problem. I have a serious concern regarding the potential harm that could be caused to my glassware and cutlery. It would be greatly appreciated if you could address this matter promptly.
