Fitwell Charged Me but I Can’t Access the App

Fitwell withdrew ₺189.90 from my bank account, yet I can’t even access the app to use my subscription. I tried contacting customer support multiple times via email, but my emails keep bouncing back with no response.

To cancel the subscription, I am required to log into the app—but since I can’t access it, I am stuck paying for a service I can’t even use. This is completely unacceptable. Fitwell is making it impossible to cancel or get support, leaving users trapped in a subscription they can’t escape.

I demand an immediate refund and a way to cancel my subscription without needing app access. Fitwell must fix this issue now!
