On June 5, 2026, while using Wego to search for flights online, I was unexpectedly enrolled in a service called “findandloc c64.” The subscription was processed as successful, and my credit card details were saved, even though I did not clearly consent to signing up for this service. I request that the findandloc c64 subscription be canceled immediately, that all related charges be fully refunded, and that my credit card information be completely deleted from your systems.
I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled, the refund has been processed, and my credit card details are no longer stored. I kindly ask that this issue be handled urgently and resolved as soon as possible.
