I am an SNB customer and I am writing about an unauthorized transaction that appeared on my Mada card ending with *6948. On 22/03/2026 at 04:04, a charge of 102.99 SAR was made as “Internet Purchase Intl – Findandloc – Spain”, which I did not approve or knowingly make. I only noticed this through my account details and I have never dealt with a company called Findandloc before. I did not intentionally purchase any product, service or subscription from this merchant through WhatsApp or any other platform, and I believe this transaction is unauthorized and possibly fraudulent. Until now I have not contacted customer service, and I am submitting this complaint so that the bank can urgently review this payment. I kindly request that SNB investigate this transaction, refund the amount of 102.99 SAR to my account if it is confirmed as unauthorized, and take the necessary measures to protect my card and prevent any similar international internet purchases from this merchant in the future.
