On October 3, 2025, I discovered an unauthorized purchase of ₺616 (≈ $19) made in Barcelona, Spain (Barcelona/ES) using the credit card linked to my Findandloc account. I did not make this transaction, and I believe my card information has been compromised. I have not noticed any other suspicious activity on my account, and I did not receive any notification by email or phone about this particular purchase.
As soon as I realized the issue, I contacted my bank to report the unauthorized charge. However, I have not yet contacted Findandloc customer service. I request that this fraudulent transaction be canceled immediately and that the security of my account be thoroughly reviewed and ensured.
