I made two separate payments through the Findandloc application for location detection services, but I never actually used the service or completed any tracking operation. Approximately one month ago, I was charged around $15, and yesterday I was charged another approximately $15, meaning I was billed twice in total for the same type of service.
Even though I did not use these services after making the payments through the application, the charges were still collected from me, which has caused serious frustration and inconvenience. I believe the records related to these transactions can be verified through my phone number. The phone number used for the transactions is 0542*****91.
I request that both charges of approximately $15 for these unused services be fully canceled and refunded back to me immediately.
