I Cannot Reach Finda After Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
Last month, a $85 charge was made to my Garanti Bank credit card by a company called Finda without my knowledge or approval. Even though I did not approve any subscription or membership, this amount was still charged to my card.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank and requested that my card be canceled. I also attempted to reach Finda, but I was unable to find any representative or receive any response regarding the transaction.
I request that the $85 charged to my card without my knowledge or consent be refunded immediately, and that any subscriptions started in my name be canceled without delay. Otherwise, I reserve the right to pursue legal action.
