Finda.net Charged My Card Without Delivering the Phone Tracking Service

On September 10, 2025, we purchased a phone location service through finda.net after my mother’s Samsung phone was lost in Bornova, İzmir. We entered our card details and paid approximately $1, but after the payment, we did not receive any confirmation, reference number, or notification.

We were unable to use the service, and the phone was never located. Moreover, finda.net never responded to our inquiries or provided any customer support. This was our first time using the service, and it turned out to be a very disappointing and misleading experience.

We request an immediate refund of the payment and official communication from finda.net regarding our transaction and the failure of their service.
