Unauthorized Pdfsupport.com Billing and Failed Subscription Cancellation

On January 12, 2026, I knowingly and willingly approved a payment of $1 for a one-time PDF conversion service through your website. The total amount I authorized was approximately $1 for that single transaction. Other than this one-time purchase, I did not apply for any membership, recurring subscription, automatic renewal, or additional service.
However, on January 15, 2026, I discovered a pending authorization charge of $39 under the name “pdfsupport.com” on my Akbank credit card ending in 9472. I did not provide any explicit authorization or consent for this charge, and the transaction currently appears as pending.
Even if it is claimed that a membership was created as part of a “trial offer,” I would like to clearly state the following:
Although there is a cancellation option available within the account interface, this option does not function properly,
No confirmation message, record, or notification is generated to verify that the cancellation process has been completed,
As a result, users are effectively left unable to cancel their memberships.
Regarding this pending authorization transaction, which was initiated without my knowledge or explicit consent, I request that:
The transaction be canceled immediately,
The charge not be finalized on my credit card,
I receive written information regarding the status and resolution of this matter.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will initiate a chargeback process through my bank and pursue all available remedies through the appropriate legal and regulatory authorities.
I expect this matter to be resolved quickly and fairly, and I request written confirmation regarding the cancellation of the transaction and any associated subscription.
