Files Edit Free Trial Turned Into an Unexpected $44 Subscription Charge

I used the Files Edit website once during March after seeing a “free trial” offer on the site. I only wanted to test the service briefly. I was not satisfied with the service, it did not meet my needs, and I chose not to continue using it after that initial trial.
However, I later discovered that $44 had been withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account late at night without my knowledge or authorization. I did not purchase any membership, subscription package, or service plan, nor did I approve a transaction for this amount. My only interaction with the platform was through what was presented as a free trial. Therefore, I do not accept this charge and consider it an unfair and unauthorized billing practice.
I do not recall starting any membership or subscription through Files Edit. If any subscription or recurring membership has been created under my name, I request that it be canceled immediately. I also demand a full refund of the $44 charged to my Ziraat Bank account. I used the service only once for trial purposes, was dissatisfied with it, and do not believe I should be charged for a service that I never continued to use.
I respectfully request that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible and that I receive a written explanation regarding the charge, the status of any subscription associated with my account, and the refund process.
