Unsolved Fiat Tipo CarPlay And Multimedia Fault

In January 2024, my 1.6 diesel automatic Urban Egea Cross, equipped with a CarPlay-enabled tablet screen, started experiencing issues with connecting to my phone over time and failing to reconnect when I turned the ignition on and off. I took my car to the Birmot service center in Istanbul, Zincirlikuyu, where they attempted various methods such as software updates but concluded that there was a device malfunction. Up to this point, the situation seems reasonable and acceptable. However, when they informed me that the device's manufacturer is not TOFAŞ-Fiat and suggested removing the device from the vehicle and shipping it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, I became frustrated. They proposed sending my car's screen back to the factory for repair and reinstalling it once fixed. They stated that this was the only solution. Would you want to be someone who paid ₺1,110,000 for a Fiat Egea with a repaired radio? Dear readers, Fiat couldn't even change the screen and say, "Here's your car, sorry for this bad experience." I didn't and won't accept such a procedure. I demand a one-to-one replacement of the screen with a new one. This car is only three weeks old and has driven 1400 km. I will pursue my legal rights to the fullest against TOFAŞ-Fiat. If a repaired device had been installed in my car, I would have bought a second-hand car and repaired it at a reasonable price in the garage. Please explain to me why I paid so much money for a brand-new car.
