I Need Help with Premature Axle Issue in my 2022 Fiat Ducato
My 2022 Fiat Ducato has only 62,000 km on it, but it's having an unexpected axle problem. Unfortunately, the service center refused to help with the warranty because the car had already surpassed its mileage limit. An outside look showed a mistake by the factory, since the axle didn't have any lubrication installed by the factory, and my boots didn't have any damage from being used. This situation puts an unexpected financial strain on me for a problem caused by the factory. I am fervently seeking a quick resolution and reimbursement for costs incurred. Customers shouldn't have to pay for an early axle problem that happens during the warranty period. I beg Fiat to fix this manufacturing flaw right away so that I can trust the brand again when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction.
