Fiat Egea 1.6 Dct Persistent Transmission Issues Ignored by Customer Service
Hi there! I have a 2020 Egea that has a 1.6 DCT engine. I was told there was a problem with the clutch release bearing after just 20,000 miles, and it was fixed. But here's the kicker: the problem has gotten worse since then. It's getting harder and less comfortable to change gears. Even when going downhill, there are problems with speeding up. Even though these worries have been brought up many times, the problem has not been solved. I strongly believe that these problems should be fixed under warranty, since the car is still new and hasn't been used much. But neither customer service nor authorized service centers have been able to help me with this. Thanks for support.
