Febi Bilstein Sent Me a Defective Part That Damaged My Sports Discs

A replacement item I bought from Febi not long ago was totally flawed. Originally, the component was designed to accommodate the handbrake shoe pin. Simply insert the pin into the designated slot and rotate it by 90 degrees to tighten it. Unfortunately, this component did not come with a slot! I had to drill a hole myself since I needed a replacement fast; nevertheless, this wasn't the best solution because drill bits are spherical. During production, it ought to have been accurately punched out. The handbrake quickly became faulty when I fitted the item, and I began to hear metal screeching.
