Decline in Service Quality and My Disappointment with FBS Brokerage



have been dealing with FBS brokerage for an extended period, but recently, noticed a decline in their service quality, particularly in the speed of deposit and withdrawal transactions. In a recent incident, to prevent my account from being stopped, I urgently sent a deposit before the market opening and informed the customer representative about the urgency of the situation. Despite being assured that the process would take 15-20 minutes, it ended up taking hours, resulting in my account being stopped. This delay raises concerns, and I suspect intentional actions. Considering this, I am reconsidering continuing my collaboration with FBS.
