My Cats Got Sick After Eating N&D Tropical Lamb Cat Food

On December 18, 2025, I purchased a 10 kg bag of N&D Tropical Lamb Sterilized Cat Food through evinemama. My order number is TS1712471036.

Since I already had other cat food at home, I did not open this product until a few days ago. The packaging appeared intact and undamaged, and the expiration date showed 2027.

However, when I opened the package, I immediately noticed that the surface texture of the food was unusually rough and that it had a strange, unpleasant smell different from normal. My cats completely refused to eat it. In fact, whenever they approached the food bowl, they reacted by scratching the floor around it as if they were disturbed by the smell or the food itself.

One day before leaving home, I left this food out because I did not want to prepare another type of food. When I returned, I noticed that my cats had eaten part of it, but they had also vomited in multiple places throughout the house afterward.

Even though the packaging looked normal and the expiration date was valid, I experienced serious inconvenience because the food itself appeared spoiled or defective. I am extremely concerned about the health and safety of my pets because of this situation.

For this reason, I request that the defective product be replaced with a healthy and safe version of the same product or, if possible, that I receive a full refund.
