Farmina N&D Salmon & Orange 10kg Bag Looks Different — Is It Genuine?
On September 25, 2025, I ordered a 10 kg bag of N&D Salmon and Orange Cat Food from Evimemama, and the product was delivered to my Çorum Merkez address on September 29, 2025. My order number is 316867766754.
When I received the package, I noticed that the color of the packaging was different from what I was used to. Because of this color difference, I began to doubt the authenticity of the product, so I decided not to open it.
I am requesting an official confirmation regarding the product’s authenticity. If there is any issue, I would like to return or exchange the item. I made the payment by credit card, for a total of $135.
I ask for a prompt update and resolution regarding this matter.
