On February 2, 2026, I purchased a 10 kg bag of N&D Sterilized Salmon cat food from a seller named Pets Home Pet through Trendyol. After receiving the product, I noticed that the vacuum seal on the package was very weak and that there were broken kibble pieces inside the bag. Because of this, I began to seriously question the authenticity of the product.
Due to concerns that the product might be counterfeit, I sent emails to Farmina Pet on February 7, February 8, and February 11, including all the information shown on the packaging. However, I never received any response to any of my emails. Neither the authenticity of the product was confirmed nor was any information provided to me.
I request that the authenticity of this product be urgently checked through the lot number and that I receive a clear written response regarding the matter.
If necessary, I also request guidance for sending the product for inspection, and if the product is found not to be original, I expect all necessary actions and procedures to be initiated immediately.
