Farmina N&D Cat Food Was Half Powder Instead of Kibble

I have been using Farmina N&D Neutered Chicken 10 kg cat food for a long time and have always been satisfied with the product. However, when I opened one of the three 10 kg bags that I purchased from Arayış Petshop on July 5, I discovered that nearly half of the contents turned into powder when I poured the food into the storage container. Instead of containing mostly intact kibble, a significant portion of the product consisted of crushed granules and fine dust. I had never experienced anything like this with my previous purchases.

Fortunately, my cat has not experienced any health problems so far. However, the product is clearly not in its usual condition, and finding such a large amount of powdered food has raised serious concerns about both the product's quality and reliability. I do not believe I received a product that meets the expected standard for the price I paid. I also have two unopened bags from the same purchase, and I am concerned that they may have the same defect.

When I contacted the company, I shared photographs of the product, but instead of receiving a clear solution, I encountered a process that was repeatedly delayed by requests for additional details and information. Despite the obvious condition shown in the photos, I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation regarding the excessive amount of powder in the bag.

I request that this package be thoroughly inspected, that I receive a clear and understandable explanation regarding the issue, and, if necessary, that the defective bag be replaced with a new one. I also ask that the remaining unopened bags from the same purchase be checked and that the company's manufacturing and packaging processes be reviewed to help prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
