Feathers Found in Farmina N&D Chicken and Pomegranate Cat Food

I purchased Farmina N&D Chicken and Pomegranate Cat Food for Neutered Cats from a pet shop. When I opened the package and tried to feed it to my cat, I was shocked to find feathers inside the kibble. The package was completely original and sealed, with no signs of tampering. This situation both surprised and worried me.
I’m wondering whether whole chickens, including feathers, are ground during production, and if that’s the reason feathers appear in the food. This is unacceptable and disappointing, especially from a brand like Farmina that promotes itself as a high-quality pet food producer.
I request that the brand provide a detailed explanation regarding this issue and clarify its production processes. I also expect preventive measures to be taken so that other customers don’t experience the same problem.
