I Earned High Farmasi Sales Points but Received Far Less Than Promised Bonus Payments

I’m a Farmasi sales rep, and I’ve been completely let down by their bonus payout system. In March, I generated over ₺8,000 in sales, which should have qualified me for a ₺420 reward under the 6,000-point target. Instead, I was only paid ₺62—a shockingly low amount that doesn’t match their publicly stated reward structure.

Again in April, I met the same 6,000-point Prime target and was told I’d receive another ₺420, yet I only got ₺240. I reached out to both my upline and Farmasi corporate, but no one gave me a proper explanation or solution.

I work hard, hit my sales goals, and expect transparency and fairness. This feels like a breach of trust toward loyal reps. I’m calling on Farmasi to correct the bonus payouts and make things right. Please resolve this immediately and compensate the shortfall.
