Farfetch Social Media Support Unresponsive Over Sweater Size Exchange Request

I purchased a sweater from Farfetch today. Although I ordered the product in size XL, when I tried it on, it ran a size too small, and I realized I actually need a size XXL. Therefore, I wanted to initiate the return/exchange process to swap the item.

I attempted to reach out to the company multiple times via Facebook and Instagram, but I received zero response from any channel. I want to exchange the size and learn how the process works, but I cannot find a customer service representative to assist me.

I demand that the size of my item be exchanged for XXL and that I be contacted as soon as possible with clear and transparent instructions regarding the exchange procedure.
