I was charged by FamRadar after trial ended—how can I get a refund?

If FamRadar charged you after the trial ended and you want a refund;

Check your subscription first;

• Open FamRadar → Account → Subscription
• Confirm:
– Plan type
– Trial end date
– Renewal charge date
• Screenshot the subscription page

Check where you subscribed;

• iPhone (App Store):
– Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FamRadar
– Check renewal status
• Android (Google Play):
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FamRadar
• Screenshot subscription status

Check your bank/card statement;

• Note:
– Amount charged
– Date
• Screenshot the charge

Cancel auto-renew;

• In FamRadar settings → Turn off auto-renew
• Screenshot cancellation confirmation

Request a refund;

• App Store:
– Open Report a Problem → find FamRadar charge → Request a refund
– Reason: “Charged after free trial”
• Google Play:
– Open order history → Find FamRadar → Report a problem / Request a refund
– Reason: “Unwanted renewal”

Contact FamRadar Support;

• Explain you were charged after trial
• Provide:
– Account email
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots

• Ask for a refund and cancellation confirmation
