FamRadar Unauthorized Charge On Card - Need Refund

I am writing regarding an unknown withdrawal that was made from my bank card linked to the FamRadar service. On 05.03.2026 an amount of 39 USD was debited from my card without my knowledge or consent. I am in Moldova and I did not make or approve this transaction, nor did I subscribe to any service that would justify this charge. I request that the 39 USD withdrawn without my authorization be fully returned to my account and that this transaction be cancelled. I also ask you to check my card and account for unauthorized operations and to ensure that similar debits do not happen again.
