I am writing regarding an issue with an unauthorized direct transaction on my FamPay account. Today, an amount of ₹39 was debited from my account without any prior information or permission from my side, even though I did not exceed my spending limit. This unexpected deduction has caused me concern, as I did not authorize any such payment and there was no clear explanation or notification from FamPay about why this amount was taken. I have a screenshot of the transaction in my history showing this ₹39 deduction. I request that FamPay review this transaction, provide a clear explanation of why this amount was debited without my consent, ensure that such unauthorized deductions do not happen again, and refund the ₹39 to my account if the charge is found to be incorrect.
