FamApp Keeps Charging Me ₹39 Without My Permission

I have been using FamApp for about two years and during this period an amount of 39 rupees has been deducted from my account 7–8 times without my clear permission. Whenever my limit reaches 4000, 39 rupees are automatically deducted, and I am not informed in advance about what this charge is for. These repeated deductions are causing me financial loss and concern because I have not knowingly activated any such paid service. I request that FamApp check my account in detail, clarify on what basis these 39 rupees are being cut every time the 4000 limit is reached, and stop these unnecessary charges immediately. Most importantly, I kindly request a full refund of all the 39-rupee deductions that have been made from my account over the last two years without my explicit consent.
