FamPay Device Access Blocked
My name is Himesh K*** and I am writing regarding a serious login problem I am facing with the FamPay app. My FamPay account is registered with the mobile number 9109476***. For the last 2–3 weeks, whenever I try to log in to the FamPay app on my realme P1 device, I receive the message “device access blocked, try after 48 hours” and I am not allowed to access my account at all. Before this problem started, my phone number did not have an active recharge and I tried to log in multiple times while the number was not active. Shortly after these repeated login attempts, it seems that my device was blocked by the system and since then I have been completely unable to use the app on this device. There is approximately 32 in my FamPay account, and due to this device block I cannot log in, view my balance properly, or use this amount in any way. To try to solve the issue on my side, I have already cleared the app data and reinstalled the application, but the same “device access blocked, try after 48 hours” message continues to appear and I still cannot log in. I have not yet contacted FamPay customer support directly, as I first want to formally record this issue and request an urgent solution. I kindly request FamPay to immediately unblock my device so that I can log back into the app and use my account normally, and to ensure that my funds are fully accessible and safe. I also ask FamPay to clearly explain the exact reason for this device block and to inform me what I should avoid in the future so that my device and account are not blocked again without prior notice or a clear explanation.
