FamPay Account Locked Due to Old Mobile Number and Aadhaar Link
I am a FamPay user from Delhi and I have been unable to log in to my account because I lost access to my old mobile number 8882733***. When I try to log in on my Android phone, the app shows that my Aadhaar card is already being used with another phone number, which is my previous number, so I am unable to proceed. This problem has been going on for approximately one year and I have not been able to use my FamPay account during this time. I have not been able to update my phone number from within the app, and since I no longer have access to the old number, I am stuck at the login stage. I kindly request FamPay to update my registered phone number from 8882733*** to 9599351*** so that I can regain access to my account and continue using the services linked to my Aadhaar. I am ready to provide any verification or documents needed to complete this change securely.
