Family Locator removed my family circle, how can I recover my members?

If Family Locator removed your family circle and you want to recover your members,

• First check whether this is a sync or account issue;

– App updates can temporarily remove circles
– Login/session errors may disconnect family groups
– Server sync problems can hide members temporarily

• Verify you logged into the correct account;

• Check:
– Correct email/phone number
– Same login method as before
– Subscription/account is still active
– No accidental new account was created

– Using a different login method can create an empty circle

• Try basic recovery steps first;

• Do:
– Log out and back in
– Restart the app
– Clear cache
– Update to the latest version
– Test another device if possible

– Sometimes circles reappear after resync

• Contact Family Locator support immediately;

• Write:
