I’ve been part of the Biz Falla app’s Azerbaijan panel, and I’m extremely disappointed with how we’ve been treated by the Azerbaijan panel administrators. Despite being promised monthly clan support, they completely failed to deliver. It’s been nothing but silence and avoidance from their end.
When we try to reach out via private messages, they ignore us. One admin blames the other and dodges responsibility by saying, “I don’t know, ask the other guy.” This kind of unprofessional behavior has shattered our trust in the platform. Worst of all, they’ve even yelled at us, telling us to “just go join another panel” instead of helping resolve the issue.
I’ve attached screenshots of the two admins involved so the company can take proper action. This is clear favoritism and unfair treatment, and I urge Biz Falla to investigate this immediately and give us the clan support we’re owed. Your users deserve accountability, not arrogance.
