Sugo App Agencies Forcing Users to Share ID and Blocking Payments
I would like to share the issue I experienced with Bomba Agency through the Sugo mobile app. Yesterday, I contacted a coin dealer affiliated with Bomba Agency and registered with them. During registration, I was told I could leave the agency after three months, but later they stated that leaving the agency is not possible unless a transfer is granted. The agency representatives pressured me to provide my Turkish ID number, and when I refused, they insulted me, removed me from the group, and withheld my ₺500 ($14) payment.
I also noticed that many other users have faced similar issues in the app — agencies try to force members to stay, and in some cases, they even use personal information to threaten users. Because they said I wouldn’t receive my payment unless I provided my ID number, I now have serious concerns about personal data privacy within the app.
I request that my Sugo account be permanently deleted and that all of my personal data be removed from your system. If any of my personal information is shared or misused in any way, I will exercise my legal rights accordingly.
Dear Valued User, First of all, we would like to express our regret for the situation you have experienced. In order to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and provide you with swift support, we have a small request so that we can check your related transactions: If you remember, could you share your Sugo ID number or the email address or phone number associated with your account?
