Falla Panel Permanently Bans User and Ignores Appeal Attempts

I spent more than $2,000 USD on the Falla Azerbaijan panel, and because I made a withdrawal to a friend using my own funds, I was banned by the panel’s super admin without any explanation. The ban occurred a long time ago. When I later tried to contact the panel administrator using a different account to resolve the issue, that account was also banned. All payments were made using my own credit card, and this is the first time I have experienced such a situation.

I want my account to be reopened and my teams to be restored. The ID number of my banned account is 3857637. I request that the harm I have suffered be addressed and resolved.
