I Got Permanently Banned on Superlive for No Reason

This situation is completely unacceptable. I created two different accounts on Superlive, and both were permanently banned without any valid explanation. I was never given a reason for the first ban, and when I contacted customer support, I received no response at all. So I created a second account and started a new broadcast. Again—despite following all the rules—I was banned permanently.

I never engaged in any inappropriate behavior. There was no adult content, no smoking, nothing that violates community guidelines. Yet I was banned again. It’s clear to me now that if you’re not spending money on their in-app tokens or making them profit, they find a reason to ban you.

Even more disturbing, I found out that to lift a ban, they expect you to buy a "ban removal token" worth ₺25,000. This feels like manipulation. It’s unethical and borderline exploitative. I demand that Superlive lift this unfair ban and stop penalizing users for not spending money. If they care at all about fairness, they need to address this immediately.
