I found an authorized service center through your website and, despite repeatedly paying towing fees to take the bike there, the problem persists. Even after extensive rewiring, repairs, and inspections over two months, the issue remains unresolved. The bike has only 2000 km, and all maintenance and repairs have been done by your service center, yet the problem is not fixed. I urgently request a permanent solution to this issue. Thank you.
