About a month ago, we purchased the Fakir Inovator 6158 Cordless Rechargeable Stick Vacuum from the Media Markt store in Isparta Meydan. We bought it on the insistence and recommendation of the store staff, since my mother has an arm condition. They told us the suction power would be sufficient, that my mother could use it comfortably, and that we would be satisfied. However, the product turned out to be far below expectations; the vacuum barely sucks at all, and whatever it does collect is thrown back out. Since my mother is both ill and elderly, she cannot use the product, and because I live far away, I could not take it back to the store. Even though I warned the staff at the time of purchase to avoid any problems, they still sold us this product, which has caused us hardship.
Although the product is under warranty, we have not yet contacted customer service. Every time my mother tries to use it, she faces the same issues, leaving us in a very difficult situation. I request that the store take the product back and issue a refund. This was our first time choosing the Fakir brand, and it has been a major disappointment.
