AskNebula.com Repeated Unauthorized Payments — Refund and Cancellation Request
Even though I only requested a one-time birth chart and never signed up for a subscription, AskNebula.com has unauthorizedly withdrawn money from my account twice in two months, totaling around ₺2,000 (approximately $47.65). These charges were made without my knowledge or consent.
Since I never had an active subscription, I have no option to cancel or manage any plan through their platform. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized charges and the immediate and permanent cancellation of whatever subscription has been created under my name without my consent.
This situation is unacceptable — I did not agree to any recurring payments, and AskNebula should not be charging users for services they never subscribed to.
