Unauthorized AskNebula Transaction — Card Blocked After Fraudulent Charge

I have never subscribed to the AskNebula.com app, nor did I save or register my card information on the platform. However, $28 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. I had to block my card immediately to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

It is unacceptable and alarming that AskNebula was able to charge my card without an active subscription or stored payment details. This is a clear case of unauthorized activity, and I consider it fraudulent behavior.

I demand an immediate refund of the $28 that was withdrawn from my account and request that the issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
