Hypnozio Payment Dispute — Unauthorized Subscription Charge
I previously made only a one-time purchase through the Hypnozio app and did not approve or sign up for any subscription. However, on January 29, an amount of $40 was charged from my VakıfBank card without my knowledge or permission.
Even though I did not purchase any additional service or give approval for further charges, this amount was still withdrawn from my card, which has caused inconvenience. When I reviewed my card transactions, I noticed that the charge was unauthorized.
I request that the $40 charged without my consent be refunded as soon as possible, and that any subscription that may have been activated in the background be completely canceled.
