Hypnozio Auto-Renewed 3-Month Plan Without Approval

I would like to share my complaint regarding an unauthorized subscription renewal in the Hypnozio app. I had a 3-month subscription and believed that I had previously canceled it. However, without my knowledge or consent—and without any additional bank authorization—the subscription was renewed on January 17, 2026.
The payment appears to have been charged from my DenizBank Paracard in the amount of approximately $80 (processed in U.S. dollars). I did not give any approval for this renewal. Additionally, even though I attempted to cancel the subscription through the app, I am unable to complete the cancellation process, and I have not been able to reach the company through any channel.
I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized 3-month subscription fee, the immediate and permanent cancellation of my current Hypnozio subscription, and confirmation that the subscription will not automatically renew again under any circumstances. I respectfully ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
